Your property inputs
You retain ownership of photographs, descriptions, brand elements and other material you upload. You grant Hostry and its processors a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited licence to host, copy, transform and transmit that material only to provide, secure and support the requested service.
Your permission to upload
You confirm that you own the input or have sufficient permission to process it. Remove unnecessary guest data and do not upload identifiable guest photographs without the required consent. Another operator’s photographs, reviews or listing text must not be used without authority.
Generated outputs
As between you and Hostry, and to the extent permitted by law and provider terms, you may use, adapt and publish generated copy, cards, images and reels for your authorised property. Outputs may not be unique, and Hostry cannot promise that copyright or other exclusive rights arise in every jurisdiction.
Publication conditions
You must review accuracy, third-party rights and consumer fairness before publication. Do not use output to claim a room, facility, view or service that is absent. A styling board must be labelled and treated as a styling reference, not the actual room.
Files, cache and deletion
The active text bundle is normally held in your browser rather than added to Hostry’s application database. Uploaded photographs use protected storage and a one-hour signed link for generation. The underlying upload remains until deletion or account closure. Generated provider links may expire; download reviewed outputs you need and contact us to remove an upload.
No Hostry training use
Hostry does not use your inputs or outputs to train Hostry models. Service providers receive only material needed to return the requested output and handle it under their applicable processing terms.
